Carlisle, Army. placed against the pay of Paul D. Carlisle, a major on the retired listAdjustment of pay, authorized. of the United States Army, in the sum of $341.28, by reason of the absence with leave not in a full pay status, be, and the same hereby is, removed, and in case the sum, or any part thereof, has been already deducted from his pay the Secretary of the Treasury is authorized and directed to pay, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, to the said Paul D.
Carlisle the sum of $341.28, or such lesser sum, equal in amount to the sum so deducted. Approved, May 29, 1928.
