R. 7378](/us/bill/70/hr/7378).][[Private, No. 228](/us/pvtl/70/228).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the SecretaryWade Allen and Ed Johnson.Payment to, for loss on bail bond. of the Treasury be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to pay, out of any moneys in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, in full settlement against the Government, the sum of $204.59 to Wade Allen and Ed Johnson, of Fannin County, Georgia, which sum represents the loss sustained by said Wade Allen and Ed Johnson on the bail bond of Homer Nelson, who was afterwards captured and returned to the United States officers by the said Wade Allen and Ed Johnson; the record of said estreatment of bond and the payment of said sum of money on May 26, 1925, are shown in report of the clerk of the United States Court for the Northern District of Georgia.
