That the name of the street now known as Railroad Avenue, between Nichols Avenue and Massachusetts Avenue, part of which is not yet cut through, but now on record as Railroad Avenue southeast, be, and the same is hereby, changed to Fairlawn Avenue, and the surveyor of the District of Columbia is hereby directed to enter such change on the records of his office.
