That the State of Ohio be, and it is hereby, relieved from all responsibility and accountability for certain quartermaster property, to the approximate value of $8,830.64, the property of the War Department, which was lost or destroyed incident to the tornado at Lorain, Ohio, on June 28, 1924, while in the possession of troops of the National Guard, State of Ohio, and the Secretary of War is hereby authorized and directed to terminate all further accountability for said property.
