May 29, 1928.[[S. 3361](/us/bill/70/s/3361).][[Public, No. 580](/us/pl/70/580).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, * Hot Springs, Ark.Quitclaim to, of lot authorized for fire department.Vol. 37, p. 322. That the Secretary of the Interior is authorized and directed to convey by quitclaim deed to the city of Hot Springs, Arkansas, subject to the provisions of section 2 of this Act, all of lot numbered 3 in block numbered 115 in the city of Hot Springs, Arkansas, the use and occupation of which by such city was authorized by the Act entitled “An Act authorizing the city of Hot Springs, Arkansas, to occupy and construct buildings for the use of the fire department of said city on lot numbered 3, block numbered 115, in the city of Hot Springs, Arkansas,” approved August 21, 1912.
Sec. 2. The lot shall be used by the city for fire department purposesSale authorized to provide funds for new building. only, except that the city may sell or otherwise dispose of so much of the lot as may be necessary to provide funds for the construction of a new building for its fire department. The deedReversion, if proceeds not so used, or if city permits other use. executed by the Secretary of the Interior shall contain the express condition that if the proceeds of any such sale or other disposition are not used for the construction of such building or if the city uses or permits to be used for any other purposes than that herein authorized that part of the lot upon which such building is erected or attempts to alienate it, the title to that part of such lot shall revert to the United States.
