May 28, 1928.[[S. 445](/us/bill/70/s/445).][[Private, No. 218](/us/pvtl/70/218).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the SecretaryFlorida East Coast Car Ferry Company.Refund to, for erroneously collected customs fees, etc. of the Treasury be, and is hereby, authorized and directed to pay to the Florida East Coast Car Ferry Company, a corporation, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, the sum of $6,971.45 covering entrance and clearance fees and tonnage tax erroneously collected by the customs authorities at Key West, Florida, during the period from September 24, 1922, to May 28, 1924, and in violation of section 2792, Revised Statutes, as amended[R.
