That the Secretary of the Treasury be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to pay, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, to the 1981Pocahontas Fuel Company (Incorporated), a corporation duly organized and having a usual place of business in New York, New York, the sum of $1,200, in full compensation for property damage done to the coal wharf owned by said corporation at New Bedford, Massachusetts, by the United States Coast Guard cutter Acushnet on April 20, 1926.
