R. 12913](/us/bill/70/hr/12913).][[Public, No. 546](/us/pl/70/546).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,* That the times Allegheny River.Time extended for bridging, at Eldred, Pa.Vol. 44, p. 553, amended.for commencing and completing the construction of the bridge across the Allegheny River at or near the borough of Eldred, McKean County, Pennsylvania, authorized to be built by the commissioners of McKean County, Pennsylvania, by the Act of Congress approved May 13, 1926, are hereby extended one and three years, respectively, from the date of approval hereof.
Sec. 2. The right to alter, amend, or repeal this Act is hereby Amendment.expressly reserved. Approved, May 26, 1928.
