May 26, 1928.[[H. R. 11980](/us/bill/70/hr/11980).][[Public, No. 541](/us/pl/70/541).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,* That the consent Tensas River.Fisher Lumber Company may bridge, in Louisiana.of Congress is hereby granted to the Fisher Lumber Corporation, incorporated under the laws of the State of Delaware, its successors and assigns, to construct, maintain, and operate a railroad bridge and approaches thereto across the Tensas River, in Louisiana, at a Location.point suitable to the interests of navigation at or near the dividing line between sections 1 and 12, township 12 north, range 9 east, Louisiana meridian, in accordance with the provisions of an Act Construction.Vol. 34, p. 84.entitled “An Act to regulate the construction of bridges over navigable waters,” approved March 23, 1906.
Sec. 2. The right to sell, assign, transfer, and mortgage all the Right to sell, etc., conferred.rights, powers, and privileges conferred by this Act is hereby granted to the Fisher Lumber Corporation, its successors and assigns, and any corporation to which or any person to whom such rights, powers, 766and privileges may be sold, assigned, or transferred, or who shall acquire the same by mortgage foreclosure or otherwise, is hereby authorized to exercise the same as fully as though conferred herein directly upon such corporation.
Amendment. Sec. 3. The right to alter, amend, or repeal this Act is hereby expressly reserved. Approved, May 26, 1928.
