That the Secretary of the Treasury be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to pay, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, to the Higgins Lumber Company (Incorporated), a corporation duly organized by law and having a usual place of business in Provincetown, Massachusetts, the sum of $15,293.90, in full compensation for damage done to property owned by the said corporation at Provincetown, Massachusetts, by the United States Coast Guard cutter Morrill, on November 16, 1926.
