Johanns, and Henry Blank of the payment of the sum of $2,011.03 each, to cover shortage of funds embezzled by H. H. Carter, a money-order clerk, while on duty in the Charleston Post Office, occurring on March 26, 1927. Approved, May 24, 1928.
