Military record corrected. That in the administration of any laws conferring rights, privileges, and benefits upon honorably discharged soldiers Josiah Harden, 2233371, private in the Infantry, unassigned, United States Army, shall hereafter be held and considered to have been discharged honorably from military service of the United States as an unassigned private in the Infantry 2375of the United States Army on November 21, 1919: *Provided*, That*Proviso*. No back pay, etc. no bounty, back pay, pension, or allowance shall be held to have accrued prior to the passage of this Act.
