R. 7374](/us/bill/70/hr/7374).][[Public, No. 38](/us/pl/70/38).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, * Snake River.Idaho may bridge, near Swan Valley. That the consent of Congress is hereby granted to the State of Idaho to construct, maintain, and operate a free bridge and approaches thereto across the Snake River near Swan Valley, Idaho, in section 4, township 1 north, range 43 east, Boise meridian, at a point suitable to the interests of navigation, in accordance with the provisions of an ActConstruction.Vol. 34, p. 84. entitled “An Act to regulate the construction of bridges over navigable waters,” approved March 23, 1906.
Sec. 2. The right to alter, amend, or repeal this Act is herebyAmendment. expressly reserved. Approved, February 16, 1928.
