Saunders.Land patents to. of the Interior is authorized and directed to issue a patent to Ethel L. Saunders, of Saint Cloud, Florida, for lot 3 of section 10, and lot 3 of section 11, township 26 south, range 31 east, Tallahassee meridian, a part of the lands embraced in homestead application (Gainesville 017626), filed June 18, 1924.
The Secretary of the Interior is alsoPurchase price. authorized and directed, upon payment of $1.25 per acre, to issue a patent to said Ethel L. Saunders for lot 5 of section 11, township 26 south, range 31 east, also claimed by said Ethel L. Saunders under a settlement antedating the survey of the lands. Approved, May 17, 1928.
