Ives, junior, in connection with any homestead entry he may hereafter make upon lands subject to such entry, but not exceeding forty acres in area, in one or more tracts or parcels of land, credit for such compliance as he may have made with the material requirements of the homestead law in connection with canceled homestead entry Gainesville 021032 for the northeast quarter of the southwest quarter of section 5, township 4 south, range 17 east, Florida.
