Nead.Payment to, for collision damages. That the Secretary of the Treasury be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to pay, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, the sum of $277.35 to Elmer J. Nead, in full compensation against the Government for damages sustained as the result of an accident caused by a naval ambulance. Approved, May 17, 1928.
