R. 17007](/us/bill/70/hr/17007).][[Public, No. 996](/us/pl/70/996).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, * Mississippi River.Time extended for bridging, at Hickman, Ky.*Ante*, p. 321. That the times for commencing and completing the construction of a bridge across the Mississippi River at or near Hickman, Kentucky, authorized to be built by A. Robbins, of Hickman, Kentucky, his heirs, legal representatives, and assigns, by the Act of Congress approved March 16, 1928, are hereby extended one and three years, respectively, from March 16, 1929.
Sec. 2. Amendment. The right to alter, amend, or repeal this Act is hereby expressly reserved. Approved, March 2, 1929.
