R. 11625](/us/bill/70/hr/11625).][[Public, No. 330](/us/pl/70/330).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,* That the Act entitled Missouri River.*Ante,* p. 111, amended.“An Act granting the consent of Congress to the State of Montana, Valley County, Montana, and McCone County, Montana, or to any or either of them, jointly or severally, to construct, maintain, and operate a bridge across the Missouri River at or near 471Glasgow, Montana,” approved February 16, 1928, be amended to read as follows:
" “That the consent of Congress is hereby granted to the State of Montana, Valley and Garfield Counties may bridge, at Glasgow.Montana, Valley County, Montana, and Garfield County, Montana, or to any or either of them jointly or severally, to construct, maintain, and operate a free bridge and approaches thereto across the Missouri River, at a point suitable to the interests of navigation, at or near Glasgow, Montana, in township 25 north, range 40 east of the Montana principal meridian, in accordance with the provisions Construction.Vol. 34, p. 84.of an Act entitled ‘An Act to regulate the construction of bridges over navigable waters,’ approved March 23, 1906.
" " “Sec. 2. The right to alter, amend, or repeal this Act is hereby Amendment.expressly reserved.” " Approved, May 1, 1928.
