Gates between White House and State, etc., Department Building given to Spiegel Grove State Park, Fremont, Ohio. That the Director of Public Buildings and Public Parks of the National Capital is hereby authorized and directed to deliver to the Spiegel Grove State Park, Fremont, Ohio, the iron gates now hanging in West Executive *Proviso*.No Government expense. Avenue between the grounds of the State, War, and Navy Building and the White House: *Provided*, That no expense shall be incurred by the United States.
