Zingarell and wife.Reimbursement to, for lots taken by the Government. That the Secretary of the Treasury be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to pay to M. Zingarell and his wife, Mary Alice Zingarell, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, the sum of $1,140, to reimburse the said M. Zingarell and wife for the taking by the United States, in September, 1917, of three certain lots, namely, lots 9, 10, 11, in block 502-B on Furnace Hill, Sheffield, Alabama, and the loss sustained thereby, said lots being included in the site required in the building of an experimental nitrate plant, and which said three lots were taken without adequate reimbursement to the owners thereof, said M.
