R. 7199](/us/bill/70/hr/7199).][[Public, No. 128](/us/pl/70/128).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,* That the consentColumbia River.Bridge across, by Oregon-Washington Bridge Company, at Hood River, Oreg., legalized. of Congress is hereby granted to the Oregon-Washington Bridge Company, and its successors and assigns, to maintain and operate, in accordance with the provisions of the Act entitled “An Act to regulate the construction of bridges over navigable waters,” approved March 23, 1906, a bridge and approaches thereto already constructed across the Columbia River near the city of Hood River, Oregon, which bridge is hereby declared to be a lawful structure to the same extent and in the same manner as if it had been constructedConstruction.Vol. 34, p. 84. in accordance with the provisions of said Act of March 23, 1906.
Sec. 2. That the right to alter, amend, or repeal this Act is herebyAmendment. expressly reserved. Approved, March 10, 1928.
