February 4, 1929.[[S. 4979](/us/bill/70/s/4979).][[Public, No. 698](/us/pl/70/698).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,* That the consent ofNiobrara Island,Transfer of, from city of Niobrara to Nebraska, consented to. the United States is hereby granted to the city of Niobrara, Nebraska, to transfer to the State of Nebraska all the rights, title, and interest of such city in and to Niobrara Island, an island in the NiobraraConditions.
River, if the State of Nebraska, before the expiration of five years from the date of the enactment of this Act, formally accepts such island subject to the same conditions (except the condition asVol. 25, p. 897. to time of acceptance) as are imposed by section 21 of the Act entitled “An Act to divide a portion of the reservation of the Sioux Nation of Indians in Dakota into separate reservations and to secure the relinquishment of the Indian title to the remainder, and for other purposes,” approved March 2, 1889, in respect of the donation to the city of Niobrara of such island.
