R. 8281](/us/bill/70/hr/8281).][[Public, No. 88](/us/pl/70/88).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, * Public lands.Lands set aside for Walker River Reservation Indians in Nevada. That the following-described lands situate in the State of Nevada be, and they hereby are, withdrawn from entry, sale, or other disposition and set aside for the use and benefit of the Indians of the Walker River Reservation: *Provided, *That this withdrawal shall not affect any existing*Proviso.*Subject to prior rights.Description. legal right of any person to any of the withdrawn lands:
All of township 14 north, range 30 east; west half of township 14 north, range 31 east; west half of township 13 north, range 31 east; west half of township 12 north, range 31 east; and east half of township 12 north, range 30 east, of Mount Diablo meridian. Approved, March 3, 1928.
