Removal of cloud on title to certain property in.That the United States hereby relinquishes all the right, title, and interest of the United States acquired by virtue of a marshal’s deed dated August 21, 1848, in the following-described property situated in Harrison Description.County, Mississippi, to wit: The west half southwest quarter section 30, township 7 south, range 10 west, and east half southeast quarter section 25, township 7 south, range 11 west, lying south of Bernard’s Bayou and containing about one hundred and fifty acres.
