CHAP. 812.— An Act For the relief of Joe F. Jenkins.July 3, 1926.[[H. R. 2324](/us/bill/69/hr/2324).][[Private, No. 241](/us/pvtl/69/241).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Joe F. Jenkins.Military record corrected. That in the administration of any laws conferring rights, privileges, and benefits upon honorably discharged soldiers Joe F. Jenkins, who was a member of the Twenty-ninth Company, Twentieth Engineer Regiment United States Army, shall hereafter be held and considered to have been discharged honorably from the military service of the United States as a private of that organization on the 17th day of September, 1919: *Provided*, That no bounty, back pay, pension, or*Proviso*.No back pay, etc. allowance shall be held to have accrued prior to the passage of this Act.
