CHAP. 41.— An Act To authorize the Tug River and Kentucky Railroad Company to construct a bridge across the Tug Fork of the Big Sandy River at or near the mouth of Blackberry Creek, in Pike County, Kentucky. March 24, 1914.[[S. 4019.](/us/bill/63/s/4019)][[Public, No. 72](/us/pl/63/72).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Tug Fork, Big Sandy River.Tug River and Kentucky Railroad Company may bridge, Pike County, Ky.
That the Tug River and Kentucky Railroad Company, a corporation organized under the laws of the State of Kentucky, its successors and assigns, be, and they are hereby, authorized to construct, maintain, and operate a bridge and approaches thereto across the Tug Fork of Big Sandy River at a point suitable to the interests of navigation near the mouth of Blackberry309 Creek, in Pike County, Kentucky, where the said Tug Fork forms the boundary line between the States of West Virginia and Kentucky, in accordance with the provisions of the Act entitled “An Act to regulateConstruction.Vol. 34, p. 84. the construction of bridges over navigable waters,” approved March twenty-third, nineteen hundred and six.
Sec. 2. That the right to alter, amend, or repeal this Act is herebyAmendment. expressly reserved. Approved, March 24, 1914.
