CHAP. 1663.— An Act Granting a pension to Phoebe Templeton. February 26, 1907. [[H. R. 19079](/us/bill/59/hr/19079).] [[Private, No. 1531](/us/pvtl/59/1531).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Phoebe Templeton. Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Phoebe Templeton, helpless and dependent daughter of William Templeton, late of Company H, Third Regiment Massachusetts Volunteer Heavy Artillery, and pay her a pension at the rate of twelve dollars per month.
