CHAP. 1001.— An Act Granting an increase of pension to William Benkler. March 19, 1906. [[S. 790](/us/bill/59/s/790).] [[Private, No. 942](/us/pvtl/59/942).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, William Benkler. Pension increased. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of William Benkler, late of Company C, Third Regiment Connecticut Volunteer Infantry, and pay him a pension at the rate of twenty dollars per month in lieu of that he is now receiving.
