CHAP. 815.— An Act Granting an increase of pension to Thomas M. Hicks. February 25, 1905.[[H. R. 8839](/us/bill/58/hr/8839).][[Private, No. 709](/us/pvtl/58/709).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Thomas M. Hicks.Pension increased. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension 1879laws, the name of Thomas M.
Hicks, late of Company G, Second Regiment Kentucky Volunteer Cavalry, and pay him a pension at the rate of thirty dollars per month in lieu of that he is now receiving. Approved, February 25, 1905.
