CHAP. 252.— An Act Granting an increase of pension to Harriet Billings. February 26, 1904.[[S. 2841](/us/bill/58/s/2841).][[Private, No. 221](/us/pvtl/58/221).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Jane Patterson.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of eJane Patterson, widow of Samuel R.
Patterson, late first lieutenant Company E, One hundred and thirty-fourth Regiment Pennsylvania Volunteer Infantry, and captain Company E, Fifty-sixth Regiment Pennsylvania Volunteer Emergency Militia Infantry, and pay her a pension at the rate of seventeen dollars per month. Approved, February 26, 1904.
