CHAP. 483.— An Act Authorizing the President to appoint Lieutenant-Commander William P. Randall, retired, United States Navy, a commander on the retired list. February 5, 1903.[[Public, No. 58](/us/pl/57/58).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the President of the United States be, and he is hereby, authorized to nominate and by and with the advice and consent of the Senate, to appoint Lieutenant-Commander William P.
Randall, United States Navy, retired, a commander on the retired list of the Navy, with the retired pay of that grade from the date of such appointment. Lieut. Commander William P. Randall.May be appointed commander on naval retired list. Approved, February 5, 1903.
