Chap. 1071: Providing that the circuit court of appeals of the eighth judicial circuit of the United States shall hold at least one term of said court annually in the city of Denver, in the State of Colorado, or in the city of Cheyenne, in the State of Wyoming, on the first Monday in September in each year, and at the city of Saint Paul, in the State of Minnesota, on the first Monday in May in each year.
