Pension increased. Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place the name of Charles Williams, late captain Company A, Eighty-second Regiment Pennsylvania Volunteer Infantry, on the pension roll and pay him a pension at the rate of twenty-four dollars per month. Approved, March 3, 1899.
