Warden.March 3, 1899. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,* That the Secretary of the William R.
Warden. Pension increased. Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of William R. Warden, late a private in Company F, Third Regiment Kentucky Volunteer Infantry, at the rate of twelve dollars per month, and pay him said rate under certificate numbered one hundred and eight thousand nine hundred and twenty-five, issued to him under the law of June twenty-seven, eighteen hundred and ninety, without deducting therefrom any sum therefore erroneously paid to him under any former law.
