De Vou.March 3, 1899. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,* That the Secretary of the Martha M.
De Vou. Pension. Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Martha M. De Vou, formerly the widow of Joseph L. Mahm, deceased, brevet captain of the Sixth Regiment Maryland Volunteer Infantry, and pay her a pension at the rate of twenty dollars per month. Approved, March 3, 1899.
