Digitization Vendor 2025-11-03 55 3 private chap. 597.— An Act To amend the military record of James Roche.March 3, 1899. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,* That the Secretary of War be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to amend the military record of James Roche.
Granted honorable discharge. James Roche so as to show him honorably discharged from Company K, One hundred and fifty-fifth New York Volunteers, and to grant him such honorable discharge: *Provided,* That no pay, bounty, or other *Proviso.* No pay, etc. emoluments shall become due or payable by virtue of the passage of this Act. Approved, March 3, 1899.
