May sell allotment, Indian Territory. Wyandotte tribe, to whom was allotted the east half of the north-west quarter of section nineteen, in township twenty-seven north, of range twenty-four east of the Indian meridian, in the Indian Territory, as a part of her allotment, be, and the same is hereby, authorized to sell, mortgage, transfer, or convey all her right, title, and interest in and to said land to whomsoever she may desire. Approved, March 3, 1899.
