Quartermaster’s Department. Appointment of military storekeeper. Inconsistent laws suspended. Vol. 18, p. 339. authorized to nominate and, by and with the advice and consent of the Senate, appoint a military storekeeper in the Quartermaster’s Department of the Army; and all laws inconsistent herewith are hereby suspended for the purposes of this Act only. Approved, July 1, 1898.
