Foster. Pension increased. Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place the name of Rebecca S. Foster, widow of the late Lieutenant-Colonel John A. Foster, of the One hundred and seventy-fifth Regiment of New York Volunteer Infantry, upon the pension roll and pay her a pension at the rate of forty dollars a month in lieu of the pension she now receives. Approved, March 3, 1899.
