Reappointed paymaster in the Navy. United States be, and is hereby, authorized to nominate, and, by and with the advice and consent of the Senate, to reappoint John Clyde Sullivan a paymaster in the Navy with the relative rank of lieutenant-commander at the foot of the list of paymasters having the relative rank of lieutenant-commander. Approved, March 3, 1899.
