Rodgers, United States Navy, to accept a decoration of the Cross of the Legion of Honor from the Republic of France.March 3, 1899. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,* That Lieutenant-Commander Raymond P. Rodgers. May accept decoration from France. Raymond P. Rodgers, United States Navy, be, and he is hereby, authorized to accept a decoration of the Cross of the Legion of Honor, conferred upon him by the President of the French Republic, in June, eighteen hundred and ninety-seven, while on duty at Paris as naval attaché to the United States embassy there.
