Granted honorable discharge. and he is hereby, authorized and directed to correct the military record of Wesley Van Over, late of Company C, One hundred and ninth New York Infantry Volunteers, and to grant him an honorable discharge from such organization and remove the charge of desertion standing against him as a member thereof: *Provided,* That no pay, bounty, or *Proviso.* No pay, etc. other emoluments shall become due or payable by virtue of the passage of this Act. Approved, March 3, 1899.
