Bedell. Pension. Interior be, and he hereby is, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Henry C. Bedell, late of Company A, One hundred and ninety-first New York Volunteers, and pay him a pension at the rate of twelve dollars per month. Approved, March 3, 1899.
