McIntire.March 3, 1899. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,* That the Secretary of the Emma J.
McIntire. Pension. Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Emma J. McIntire, widow of Samuel McIntire, late of Company A, Twelfth Regiment New Hampshire Volunteer Infantry, and pay her a pension at the rate of twelve dollars per month and the usual additional pension for her two minor children. Approved, March 3, 1899.
