Pension. Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Winburn Hicks, a private in Captain Bragg’s company (B), Webster County (Missouri) Home Guards, in the service of the United States, and a corporal and second lieutenant in Company G, Seventy-fourth Regiment Enrolled Missouri Militia, and pay him a pension at the rate of twelve dollars per month. Approved, March 3, 1899.
