Granted honorable discharge. and he is hereby, directed to remove the charge of desertion from the military record of William Moore, late a member of Company I, Twenty-third Kentucky Infantry Volunteers, and grant to him an honorable discharge. Sec. 2. That no pay or allowance shall become due by reason of the No pay, etc. passage of this Act. Approved, March 3, 1899.
