Interior be, and is hereby, directed to place upon the pension roll, subject to the provisions of the pension laws, the name of “Itewayaka,” or “One armed Jim,” late a scout of the military district of Minnesota, at the rate of twelve dollars per mouth. Approved, May 14, 1898.
