Miller.Amendment of military record. be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to amend the record of George F. Miller, who enlisted under the name of George F. Young on the tenth day of May, eighteen hundred and sixty one, in Company G, Seventy-first Regiment New York Volunteers, and that an honorable discharge be granted: *Provided*, That no pay, bounty, or other allowances*Proviso*.No pay etc. shall become payable by reason of the passage of this Act. Approved, May 10, 1898.
