Interior be, and he hereby is, authorized and directed to increase the pension of Alphonso Freeman, late, a private in Company F, Second United States Dragoons (Mexican war), from twelve dollars, the amount now received by said Freeman under pension certificate numbered nine hundred and eight, to twenty dollars per month. Approved, May 7, 1898.
