Foster.Pension.States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place upon the pension roll of the United States the name of Charles A. Foster, late acting assistant surgeon, United States Army, and pay him a pension at the rate of twelve dollars per month. Approved, May 7, 1898.
